This is my take on dukkah - there are plenty of ways to customize.
- 3 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 2 Tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp cumin seeds
- 1 Tbsp fennel seeds
- 2 tsp rock salt (or regular table salt if that's what you have)
- A dried chili or some chili flakes (optional)
Mix all ingredients in a blender on high speed for about 30 seconds. Done.
To serve
Serve with fresh bread and olive oil / balsamic vinegar. Dip the bread in the oil / vinegar, then in the dukkah to add a tasty crunch to the bread. This recipe makes a good amount of Dukkah, which you will need. It's quite addictive.

We also LOVE the Dukkah and have a similar recipe, biggest difference is we use hazelnuts instead of pumpkin seeds.
Nice site...also love Ragepank.
